first night

So we survived our first night of service and all is well. We had the pleasure of serving 17 diners who all had a great evening. My good friend andy and my wife colleen were extremely valuable to me for the entire day. I'll give you the menu now: Bone marrow with shallot jam-sherried onion tart with bucheron-pappardelle with yellowfoot mushroom cream sauce and pork belly-confit of duck with creamy polenta and cranberry compote-funnel cake with chocolate ganache. We are taking a little break for the holidays but will be hosting some private parties.
